Practical Tip #1 Accepting Help

hands

I know this may be very difficult to do, but let other people help your family.  It could be a variety of ways.  For example, we have had people cut Tristan’s hair for us.  The last few years it has been people who work at the school.  We send him to school and they surprise us with Tristan’s hair being cut!  This has been a huge blessing to us!  Other people spend time with our other son.  Some people can offer help to in our home.  We have friends and family who assist us when we are out in public at the times we need an extra pair of hands.  At times I question life… why can’t we do these activities on our own?  I always come back to the thought that we are truly blessed on this journey.  It makes life a lot more fun with all these relationships.
